ECHS LIBRARY INFORMATION 2022/2023

The library is a quiet place to read, study, and work on assignments. My expectations are for a quiet, respectful, and safe place.

Library Rules and Procedures

1. Be respectful of others using the library
2. Clean up after yourself and push your chairs in.
3. Food and drinks are prohibited

When Checking Out Books

• When you come up to check out a book you will need to give me your last name.
• You may check out 2 books and they are due back in the library in 2 weeks.
• If you have one overdue book you may not check out another book until the overdue book is brought in or paid for.
• You may make payments on books that you have lost. You can pay as little as 10 cents each week and still check out a book.
• Overdue books are considered an outstanding fee and will follow you through high school. It is school policy that all outstanding fees must be paid before you will receive your diploma.
